Soumya Kuthadi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD, Australia) and India’s only ELNA-certified fertility dietitian. She specialises in women’s health, fertility nutrition, maternal health, menopause, and chronic conditions such as IBS, PCOS, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and endometriosis.
She is also Monash University–certified in the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS, bringing expertise in gut health to her practice. Her unique approach emphasises sustainable lifestyle change—combining food, behaviour, and mindful living to create lasting impact beyond quick fixes.
Education:
Soumya holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Australia. She is among the very few dietitians in India credentialed as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), ensuring her practice follows international standards of care.
In addition, she is India’s only ELNA-certified fertility dietitian, has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Program Management from Duke University, and is Monash University–certified in the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS.
Experience
With over 6 years of experience across clinical, research, and private practice, Soumya brings both global and local expertise to her clients. She has worked in Australia as a research dietitian and as a private practice dietitian, where she supported patients with diverse health needs.
She also served as the Women’s Health Program Manager at Savage, a FemTech start-up, where she designed and implemented evidence-based women’s health programs. In India, she has collaborated with leading corporates such as D.E. Shaw, Ethika Insurance, Data Beat, Rainbow Hospitals, etc conducting workplace nutrition talks and wellness programs.
Currently, she works as a consultant dietitian, supporting individuals and families in the areas of f ertility, women’s health, and chronic disease management. Soumya is also the author of Nourishing Her and the host of The Fertility Nutrition Podcast , to educate Indian men and women over 30 on the role of nutrition in reproductive health.
